How to Use
Aromatically: Use in diffusers or simply put a few drops on a tissue or cotton ball.
Topically: Add a few drops (8-10) per ounce of unscented lotions or creams, use less if your skin is sensitive. Or dilute with a carrier oil (10 to 20 drops per ounce of carrier oil) and use in the bath or as a massage oil.
