New Website Questions

Our website is new but our commitment to our customers is not changing.

Do I need to create a new account?

No — your account and order history have already been carried over. When you log in for the first time, you’ll just enter your email to access your account.

Do I need a password?

No password needed! You’ll now log in securely using a one-time code sent to your email. Just enter your email, check your inbox for the code, and you’re in.

Can I still buy the same products as before?

Yes! Your customer account role/level has been brought over from the last site so you will still have the same access to all of the products that you had before.

Are the Free Gifts changing?

We will continue to offer unbeatable free gifts and we hope to offer even more exciting gifts soon, including the option to select your free gift from several options.

Do I need to resubscribe to the newsletter?

While all of our newsletter subscribers have been imported to the new site, if you have not noticed a newsletter, sale or new product announcement for a while, it is always best to resubscribe just in case.

Is my credit card still saved for checkout?

No. You will need to freshly enter your credit card information when you place your first order. From there you can choose to re-save your credit card for future orders.

How much is shipping and where do you ship?

For orders under $99.00 there is a flat fee of $10.00.

All orders are shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service. Currently, we do not ship out of the USA. Orders can also be picked up at the Rejuvent's office in Scottsdale without any additional fees.

All orders can be picked up at the Rejuvent office without shipping charges. Just choose Local Pick Up at checkout.

  • We only ship orders to the United States.
  • We do not ship to military addresses.  Please provide an alternate address. 
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding companies (such as companies that ship to customers who live outside the USA).
  • At this time we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept all major credit cards but do not accept cards with billing addresses outside of the USA. Credit card payments are processed via a secure server.

How long will delivery take?

Most orders take 7 to 10 days to arrive from the day they are shipped. We usually ship your order the day after it is received. Monday through Friday. Items not in stock will be shipped as soon as we receive them, if the item is back-ordered we will let you know. If you have any questions about your order email us at hello@rejuventskincare.com

What is the max quantity I can order of one product?

The maximum quantity is 3 of each product. We do not sell in bulk and do not sell to resellers. This is a requirement from our brands. Orders with more than 3 of a product will be canceled.

Why was my order canceled?

There are a few reasons why this can happen. If your order was canceled and you have questions, just email us at hello@rejuventskincare.com

  • Shipping and Billing Addresses Do Not Match - When the shipping address and billing address do not match, we will call you. If we cannot get a hold of you, your order will be canceled.
  • More Than 3 of an Item - Orders with more than 3 of a product will be canceled. We do not sell in bulk or to resellers.
  • Shipping to a Mail Distribution Center - We do not ship to centers that forward mail to other countries or third parties.

Can I get Samples?

Samples are available when we receive samples from manufacturers. Select deluxe samples are featured on our specials.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes, your data is very secure. Our site is protected and the data is encrypted. All our pages are delivered via HTTPS and protected with a Secure Certificate (SSL). SSL uses a complex system of key exchanges between your browser and the server you are communicating with in order to encrypt the data before transmitting it across the web. A web page with an active SSL session is what we mean when we say a web page is "secure". The data is transmitted securely and encrypted to the credit card company and there is NO risk whatsoever.

We use Authorize.net as our credit card processing system and your credit card information is NOT stored on our servers. Even when your credit card is "saved" in your account, it is actually encrypted and stored in the Authorize.net servers.

Our site is also protected with Cloudflare Pro, a service that verifies there are no malware or any other issues, along with e-commerce solutions such as Wordfence, which protects the actual website files and provides an extra firewall and protection rules to prevent malicious bots or users from logging in. gap height="8px"] Rest assured that our site is secure and your orders are processed in the most secure way possible. What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order is processed, you will receive an email with your order. When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with your order's tracking number.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, our system will email you an invoice after you complete your payment. If you did not receive an invoice, please email us at hello@rejuventskincare.com

You will also receive an email once your order is completed, and you will receive your tracking number directly from USPS.

If you did not receive an email from us, please check your Promotions and Spam Folders.

What to do if I need to request a return?

If you are requesting a return, please read our return policy. If your return complies with our return policy, please send a return request to hello@rejuventskincare.com.
