How do I use this product?
Apply one to two pumps each morning and evening to the face. Apply it after you cleanse your face.
Avoid getting in the eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. If you are following Alastin’s skincare regimen, here is the order of products:

What is Melanin?
Melanin is a natural substance in your body that produces hair, eye, and skin pigmentation. The more Melanin your skin produces, the darker it will be. Melanin pigments are produced in a group of cells called melanocytes. In human skin, melanogenesis (production of melanin) is initiated by exposure to UV, causing the skin to darken all over, or in spots.

According to Cosmetic Business – “Abnormalities in skin pigmentation can result from the overproduction and accumulation of melanin. Hyperpigmentation can appear in the form of melasma, age spots, or solar lentigo, all of which contrast with normally pigmented skin, reducing the uniformity of the complexion.”

I was given this by my medspa as the bottle of hydroquinone I'd bought was defective to prep my skin against hyperpigmentation for opus plasma tx. It was a more-than-wortthy trade...so much so I purchased this as a second bottle to continue keeping my skin even and bright as I prepare for 2 more opus plasma in the coming months.

I have only been using the entire line for a couple weeks but I have seen my "age" spots on my cheek and nose actually getting lighter! After I apply this in the morning, I just rub the extra on my hands and my spots there are getting lighter too. Best Gel Sunscreen

I have finally found an alternative to hydroquinone that works! I do a lot of activities in the sun that end up causing areas of pigment on my face and once I started using this product I noticed a huge difference and very quickly! I continued use throughout the summer months in Arizona where I'm in the heat of all the elements that cause a lot of pigment and it has kept mine at bay! I love the way this serum feels on my skin and it truly is keeping my complexion nice and even. No need to cycle off which I love vs. hydroquinone, which is fantastic to maintain the healthy and bright glow it brings to my skin!

Game Changer

So happy Alastin came out with this new product!! I am not one for Retinol as you have to cycle out using it and can never keep track!
