How to Use

Begin taking Arnica Montana just prior to or immediately following soft tissue injury. To ensure proper absorption, do not brush your teeth, eat or drink anything but water 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after taking this product.

This product is a sublingual application. Do not handle the tablets. Instead, drop tablets directly under the tongue and let dissolve naturally.

Adults: 2 tablets, 3 times a day.

Not intended for children under 12 years of age.

I recently received filler for the first time and these pills were worth it! This keep the bruising and swelling down to a minimum. I am someone who will run into the side of the table and get a bruise so I was really worried how bruised I was going to be after filler injections. So happy I took these to help!
