ZO Oil Control Pads Acne Treatment is recommended for the prevention and treatment of excess oiliness and breakouts. Clean the skin thoroughly before applying this product.

Apply pad to the affected area with a thin layer one to three times daily.

Because excessive drying of the skin may occur, start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor

If bothersome dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day

Mild Acne: 

• AM –  Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM for additional pore refinement), Daily Power Defense, follow up in the AM with your favorite sunscreen
• PM –  Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM), Complexion Clearing Masque 2-3 times a week, Enzymatic Peel (can be left on overnight)
• Mild acne protocol is suitable for acne skin that does not have cystic lesions. You can expect minor to no anticipated reactions.

Moderate Acne:

• AM – Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM), Daily Power Defense, Exfoliation Accelerator, follow up in the AM with your favorite sunscreen
• PM – Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM), Complexion Clearing Masque 2-3 times a week
• Moderate acne includes small inflammatory cysts. Products can cause mild to moderate anticipated reactions so you might need to acclimate to the products.

Severe Acne:

• AM – Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM), Daily Power Defense, Exfoliation Accelerator, follow up in the AM with your favorite ZO sunscreen
• PM – Exfoliating Cleanser, Exfoliating Polish, Oil Control Pads, Instant Pore Refiner (may be used AM and/or PM), Complexion Clearing Masque 2-3 times a week, Wrinkle and Texture Repair
• Severe acne includes inflammatory cysts and acne scarring. Products can cause moderate to strong anticipated reactions so you might need to acclimate to the products.
